Bachelor Programme of Information Technology Education (BPITE) was established in 2014 based on the Indonesian Education and Culture Minister Decree 595/E/O/2014. BPITE began accepting students in 2015 and was accredited A in 2020 based on BAN-PT Decree 4793/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/VIII/2020. By 2024, it will become a leading study program at the national and international levels in scientific development related to technology-enhanced learning and didactic-methodic innovation for interactive information technology literacy based on engineering, integration, and data processing using systems or information technology and actualizing this knowledge through Education, Research, and Community Services activities that support the vision and mission of the Computer Science Faculty, Universitas Brawijaya.

  1. Organize the education management process by applicable criteria nationally or internationally to support the scientific development process related to technology-enhanced learning and didactic-methodical innovation for interactive information technology literacy.
  2. Organize research activities that are credible, contributive, communicative, and adaptive to develop technology-enhanced learning science-related and didactic-methodical innovation for interactive information technology literacy.
  3. Organize community activities through appropriate technology resulting from scientific development related to technology-enhanced learning and didactic-methodical innovation for information technology literacy.
  4. Establish cooperative relationships with educational and non-educational (industry) parties to provide mutual benefits related to scientific development related to technology-enhanced learning and didactic-methodical innovation for interactive information technology literacy.
