2026 New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program
Warm greetings from the Office of International Affairs (OIA) at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST), Taiwan!
We are delighted to invite your students to apply for the NPUST New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program — a 5-month academic program designed to provide students from New Southbound partner countries with hands-on learning experience alongside our faculty.
Please note that this is a highly selective offer limited to 30 candidates. We would appreciate it if your institution could share this information with students.
Program Highlights:
Duration: September 7, 2026 – January 8, 2027 (5 months)
Eligibility:
Students currently enrolled at the sophomore level or above (undergraduate), up to and including master’s degree candidates
Course Areas:
Agriculture-focused curriculum including Plant Science, Biotechnology, Food Science, Animal Science, and Immunology (detailed course list to be confirmed and provided upon request)
Funding:
Fully-funded: including round-trip airfare and program-related expenses.
Capacity:
Limited to 30 students
