The International Undergraduate Program (IUP) is an educational program to provide students with experience in overseas environments. Students will study at partner universities abroad through various activities, including double degree, joint degree, internship, twinning, student exchange, or short-term programs. This program offers students valuable opportunities to develop courage, flexibility, cultural awareness, and gain a global perspective.
Requirements for admission
- Graduates of senior high school (SMA) or equivalent from both domestic and international institutions (within the last 3 years).
– or an academic letter of grade 12 from school - Have a transcript of senior high school (semester 1 – 5).
- No need for a certificate of TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC

Create an account on the following page: https://admisi.ub.ac.id.
1. Select International Undergraduate Program 2026 on the dashboard page (The program will only be available on the scheduled online registration date);
2. Fill in the NISN data, select the Study Program, and click Request Payment Code to get the Payment Code.
(Please note that the Study Program selected cannot be changed after this step. Please ensure that you select the appropriate Study Program).
3. Pay the registration fee using the Payment Code (Kode Bayar) that appears during registration at admissions.
4. Please follow the payment procedures at UB’s partner banks as follows:
a. Tata Cara Pembayaran Melalui Bank BNI
b. Tata Cara Pembayaran Melalui Bank Mandiri
c. Tata Cara Pembayaran Melalui Bank BRI
5. After successful payment, please make a confirmation payment on the admission page in the following ways: Enter the Admission Dashboard by clicking Registration, then input the payment date, input the Registration Fee amount, select the Bank to pay, and click Confirm. There is no waiting time if the payment is correct.
Please note: Payments that have been made are non-refundable for any reason.
6. Please copy (photocopy) the proof of payment receipt at least 1 (one) sheet or take a screenshot of the ATM screen as backup proof if the proof of payment does not come out. If there is no proof, it can be replaced with a statement that the payment was made at the bank, including the date of payment.
7. Fill out the registration form on the following page: https://admisi.ub.ac.id.
8. Upload the complete registration documents as follows:
a. Current color photograph (min 100 kb, max: 1 Mb)
b. for applicants who graduated in 2025: Certificate/diploma (Ijazah) and Academic transcript (Rapor) from grades X, XI, and XII,
c. For applicants who will be graduating in 2026: Academic letter of grade XII from the principal and Academic transcript (Rapor) from grades X – XI and the first semester of grade XII;
d. Copy of identity card

GUIDELINES AND RULES FOR INDEPENDENT SELECTION EXAM PARTICIPANTS

- Participants must prepare 2 devices (a laptop to be used for the exam and a smartphone for Zoom monitoring). During the exam, the Zoom smartphone should be placed on the left side; however, if the participant is left-handed, the Zoom smartphone should be placed on the right side.
- The minimum device requirements that must be met include:
– Must use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser
– Minimum Pentium III processor
– Minimum 4GB of free space on the hard drive
– Minimum Windows 7
– Internet upload and download speed of 2 Mbps
– Provide a backup internet provider and sufficient data quota (minimum 5 GB)
– Must use headphones/a headset - Participants must prepare their original ID (KTP/Passport) and exam participant card before the test; otherwise, they will not be permitted to take the exam.
- Dress formally.
- Restroom visits can be done before the exam; during the exam, participants are not allowed to leave the screen.
- The exam must be taken in a closed room with bright lighting. There must be no other people or anyone passing by around the exam area.
- Bringing scratch paper is not allowed. Instead, participants are permitted to bring a clear plastic folder (sleeves/map) containing blank white paper to use as a whiteboard replacement and write on it using a whiteboard marker.
- Before starting the exam, it is mandatory to close all applications except the test application.
- At 08:00 AM WIB (Western Indonesia Time), participants must already be logged into Zoom on their smartphones. There will be a one-by-one check for identity, network, and room conditions. Participants are expected to wait their turn and will be placed in the waiting room first.
- Participants will start the exam simultaneously after the proctor has checked all participants. The exam procedures will be explained by the Main Proctor.
- Please contact the proctor immediately if you encounter any issues during the exam.
- Participants cannot view their results after the exam is finished.

C. Implementation Schedule (Rundown)*
i. For Indonesian applicants:
- 08.10 WIB: The official Zoom room is opened (the committee will send the Zoom link to the registered participants’ email).
- 08.15 WIB: Participants are required to be present and ready in the main Zoom room.
- 08.30 WIB: Briefing session and reading of instructions begin.
- 08.40 WIB – 08.45 WIB: The process of moving participants into breakout rooms (Breakout room assignments will be announced via email).
- 08.45 WIB – 09.30 WIB: Checking of participant completeness and required documents by the proctor in each breakout room.
- 09.30 WIB: Exam begins.
ii. For Non-Indonesian Applicants:
- 13.10 WIB: The official Zoom room is opened (the committee will send the Zoom link to the registered participants’ email).
- 13.20 WIB: Participants are required to be present and ready in the main Zoom room.
- 13.25 WIB: Briefing session and reading of instructions begin.
- 13.35 WIB – 13.40 WIB: The process of moving participants into breakout rooms (Breakout room assignments will be announced via email).
- 13.40 WIB – 14.00 WIB: Checking of participant completeness and required documents by the proctor in each breakout room.
- 14.00 WIB: Exam begins.
D. Checking Procedure by the Proctor
- One proctor will supervise each breakout room.
- During the checking session (08.45–09.10 WIB), the proctor will verify several mandatory components.
- The components that participants must show include: Identity Card (KTP), exam room conditions, and internet smoothness.
- If available, the availability of a whiteboard.
