Terms:
– Have a minimum score of B in the Web Programming or Web-Based Application Programming course
– Have good communication skills
– Able to work in a team
– Honest, diligent, and responsible

– Curriculum vitae
– KHS which shows courses in Web Programming or Web-Based Application Programming
– Recent formal photo size 4 × 6 – Includes a cellphone number that can be contacted
