1. Min 2 year experience as admin e-commerce (preferably has experience leading a team)
2. Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
3. Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and customer empathy.
5. Experienced in developing and implementing a customer service strategy that includes creating chat templates for common inquiries, improving response times, and maintaining consistency across the team.
6. A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Work Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta
